Decent Stay, But Room for Improvement ​Rating: 3/5 ​Overall, my stay was okay, but it didn't quite live up to expectations. ​The Good: ​Location: The hotel is in a great spot, close to local restaurants, and easy to get around. ​Staff: The front desk team was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. ​The Bad: ​Room Quality: The room felt a bit dated.I could easily hear traffic from the street and guests in the hallway. ​Amenities: The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and dropped connection frequently, which was frustrating. Forget about trying to watch the TV. ​It’s a fine place if you just need a bed for the night, but they definitely have some room for improvement.

The property was very clean and staff were very pleasant. My stay was very good, the servers at breakfast were very friendly.

Staff and hotel was excellent but I had issues with TVs in room showing snow on live channels, one of the ceiling fans didnt work, could only get ice when restaurant open, and the limited food choices at breakfast was dissatisfying. I have a foot injury that happen prior to my trip so I need ice and was unable to get. Overall it was a nice hotel

I had an enjoyable stay here (spent 3 nights).The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. Breakfast was great. Liked the option of choosing full Jamaican or continental breakfast. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We even got mangoes. They feel while we were waiting. We will definitely return.

It is clear that this place is in need of some renovation. Stain in bath and shower basin. Expose and peeling from walls. Some items are old and some just don't work. But the staff was super helpful especially the restaurant staff. Food and done super fast and they always attending to your needs. If you need just somewhere to stay overnight or a few days this is hotel is okay.

A very good stay with the location being just about the best in Kingston. Staff was very friendly and professional. They even allowed me to check in hours early, which was a blessing because I was exhausted from travel. The only negative experience was that I had bought a good amount of food and drinks and put them in the fridge, only to realize hours later that the fridge had not been plugged in. So I had to discard most of the food. I don't know if this is their policy to unplug the fridge or whether it was just an oversight. So please check. Otherwise, everything was great.

The Food was good, I love the cleanness of the room and the staff was great! What I didn't like was the fact to get out of the building the buttons is not by the grill!

The room was clean and smell refreshing. The staff were not very informed and were mostly passive. They werent knowledgable and couldnt share no information to a visitor stranger of the community. The bar needs a professional bartender and some entertainment.

The sheets on the bed had a brown smear on them, disgusting! And they won't provide sheets for a pull out couch bed, bare mattress no sheets or blanket
