The staff was great

Patrick - one of the porters was exceptionally helpful, friendly and willing to help with anything required.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. They advertise AC but both rooms that we were originally given did not work. In addition my kids rooms were cleaned very poorly. We asked 4 times for someone to clean the shower and fix the fact it wouldn’t drain. They switched us in to a room that had AC the first night. For my kids they showed them 6 rooms that AC don’t work. We were trying to get an appropriate room until 11 PM. We gave up and they gave us fans for the first night as we were getting up at 5 am to see the park. The second night after me telling them I was going to leave the hotel they finally found them a room with functioning AC. As compensation they allowed us to play the pool table, very poor customer service to make things right. But even at that they tried to charge us for the pool. Will not come back. We were going to stay there upon our return to Narobi but that isn’t happening.

Staff are great. Rooms are starting to look a bit warm. Bed mattresses need to be changed. Showers need to be upgraded as they leak and the hand held showers often don’t work.

Staff is courteous and helpful.

Wasn’t what I expected from best western

The staff members were very helpful and welcoming. Accommodations were set with ease and professionalism. The hotel is well kept and has nice amenities for patrons to enjoy.

The staff of the hotel were nice. I asked for a room facing outside rather than a wall and they provided that. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was extremely soft with no back support and bed framing was old and peeling. Plus one pillowcase was torn. The toilet flush button kept coming loose and needed multiple presses to stop the water. Overall, the room did what it needed to do, but comfort and maintenance were not great.

The rooms were cleaned along with complimentary water which is always a nice touch. The check-in staff were friendly as was the concierge. Security was present outside at all times and the hotel has a great ambience about it. The breakfast was ok and I do not believe the aircon was working properly.

Room and hotel in general is very out dated. Needs to be freshened and refurbished. It’s very dark in the hallways; old carpet. Even the staff uniforms are very outdated. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They are fantastic!

Staff was excellent very good customer service. Very clean hotel very accommodating. Great experience advise others to stay.

Amenities there was no bathroom slippers.

We stayed here for five nights. The rooms were well kept, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The food is wonderful, whether it is the full breakfast, or an evening dinner. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
