The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is excellent and safe. The place is clean and comfortable. The hotel is a great value for the money.

This is a very sweet place, nicely decorated (felt European), with a very kind staff and super clean. It’s also very quiet… I usually sleep with earplugs, even at home, but didn’t need them here! Breakfast was great, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, toast, and eggs cooked fresh to order. The only kind of strange thing is that you have to ring a bell to get into the hotel. While it felt very safe, I prefer a bit freer access. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but not the worst… Juan Valdez coffee just around the corner and walkable to more interesting spots. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Nice place for nite life - and easy access to old town - taxi under $5 to main sites

Staff was friendly and very willing to use translators on our phones. Breakfast was fresh and tummy. Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to a lot of things

Though we had a little bit of a rough checkin as some of the staff was away on that night, the overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff more than made it up during our stay. Breakfast was very nice and room service was also impeccable and cleanliness was to notch. The location of the hotel is pretty central but the streets around the hotel tends to get a bit deserted in the evening.

Don’t get a room facing the street. Discos on the block were thumping until after 2am. I didn’t sleep.

The hotel is unique. The staff are the best we encountered. They got up one hour early to make us breakfast because of our flight time Breakfast is excellent with eggs made to order. We had a wonderful time, will be coming back

No bar as advertised. Advertised as gay friendly and nothing in the hotel or staff to suggest gay sensitivity. That said, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the property was immaculately clean. The complementary breakfast was delicious and an abundant amount of food.

The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. There is a small bar where you can have nightcap. The area around has lots of restaurants and bars. The square seems a little sketchy but we had no problems and felt very safe. We would recommend a stay at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quito. This is a family run boutique hotel and from the moment you walk in the door, they make you feel like you are family. It is a stunning hotel that is cozy and quiet, even though it is set right in the middle of the city. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating and they prepare a delicious homemade breakfast every morning! The hotel is set in an area with plenty of local shops, restaurants, and transportation. Our stay was outstanding and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful accommodation.

I stayed one and the place is really beautiful. It’s new , fresh , and clean. The service is amazing . Valeria took time out of her morning to walk with me to some shops so I could buy some items I forgot . Super sweet . Highly recommend this hotel.

If you want to stay at an amazing boutique hotel, this is it! The staff went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Nice location lovely place and friendly hosts

Todo excelente, el servicio muy bueno, pero deberían actualizar las habitaciones con Smart Tv actualizados, la tv era muy pequeña y su señal wifi inestable, lo demás, excelente.

Es un hotel muy acojedor, se siente relajante Fanny y Valeria son muy cortez y estan lista para ayudarte en todo lo que necesites el Sr Javier el chofer fue super amable y los tours que nos dio nos encanto 😍
