El hotel bastente limpio y el personal extremadamente atento, amable y bien entrenados. Sin embargo el aire acondicionado de la habitacion no funcionaba y los equipamientos del gimnasio bastante descuidados, maquinas rotas, botones sueltos

Un lugar ideal para descansar un fin de semana. Las instalaciones muy confortables. Sería bueno tener más de información sobre cuáles servicios son pagos y cuáles son sin costo adicional con la estadía. Mejorar un poco la oferta gastronómica y tener más opciones para la merienda sin tener que salir del predio. El bar en la piscina no estaba activo en esta época del año. Podrían tener más opciones para disfrutar de la hermosa vista en dias lluviosos, un desperdicio no puedas tener una galeria para disfrutar del paisaje en dias asi. Los empleados excelentes, muy amables y atentos.

Was good in general

Awa Resort is a nice place to stay at. The staff is very friendly and the area around the hotel is quite spacious and clean, good for long walks if one prefer. It has a small gym, huge court for playing volleyball and other ball games, very nice swimming pool, and even a children's playground. You can also enjoy the nice scenery around the hotel and especially of the nearby river. Things to improve? Not every room is provided with a coffee maker; my wasn't.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel is very nice but some details can be done to provide a perfect and complete experience. It was a winter weekend getaway but without many offers for activities to be done at the facillity.

Hermosas las instalaciones y el servicio muy bueno...podría mejorar habilitando el bar de la pileta (el cual cierra a las 20 hs.) para cenar y tomar algo por la noche

O hotel tem um bom espaço para curtir o dia, principalmente para quem gosta de piscina. Me encantou as avestruzes bem mansinhas passeando pelo hotel. Super indico!

Excelente infra estrutura para familia. Não é preciso sair do resort para nada. Bom atendimento e opções gastronômicas. O que poderia mudar seria incluir TVs Smart nos quartos.
