We had no hot water and cockroaches in our rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the conditions of the lodge need much improvement.

The Milimani Lodge was the perfect place to stay after a safari. The room was spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, food was great, and the property had a wonderful garden to relax. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Arusha.

I travelled to Arusha for business and was pleased with my room, atmosphere and well-tended garden. This is a small (family type hotel and I definitely would return there. It is near some of the large tourist-level hotels and more 'authentic' to an earlier style of good hotels.
