The hotel and room where wonderful, they play music by the pool a little to loud but everything else I cannot complain

The hotel is good. The area feels safe but it still lacks cleanliness and better walking options

The stay was great, the service was amazing and the room was just perfect.

We arrived 3:30 pm and room was not ready. Since we booked we said it was 4 of us in the room (2 adults 2 kids) there where only towels for 2, we called to asked for more towels and they never arrived. We left out room for dinner and when we returned we found some new luggage which was not ours in our room. We called lobby and they took the luggage out of our room. Music was loud, there was a partir in the room next door and we could here everything. Very bad experience.
