I have stayed at this hotel several times now and it is what I call cheap and cheerful. But I think it is time to spend a bit more money updating the property. This time, I stayed in the same room as last time (6 months ago). The towel rail is still broken. The stench of sewage still comes up from the drain in the bathroom. The shower is VERY nice with excellent water pressure but the drain cannot handle that much water so water spills all over the bathroom floor. The place is very safe but the front door to the hotel room is light and flimsy. It could easily be kicked in. The bathroom door is old and stained. I love the swimming pool and the close proximity to a lovely beach. But it's time this property got some love and affection!

There was a fair going right front of the property. Peple were crossing, crowding and shouting throughout

Let's not get crazy! You can't pay 3-star prices and expect a 5-star hotel, right? This resort is somewhat dated so don't expect The Ritz. Rooms are usually clean, functional and comfortable. I have stayed many times at this resort because it is only steps from an amazing beach. The property also has a very large pool which I absolutely love. Room service is a little expensive but it is quite nice. My latest stay included breakfast which was very simple but adequate. I will be back!

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. They connected me with a great driver/tourguide i kept using for my whole stay. It is a very relaxing place to recoup.

Very bad and too noisy. Also room boy knock my door every day asking about cleaning while I'm sleep.

I had stayed at this property five months earlier and absolutely loved it so I went back. I enjoyed my stay but there were definitely some issues this time around. My first room had a leaking basin where all the water went on the floor. They were quick to change me to another room and that had a leaking hot water unit right above the toilet. Scalding water dripping down. The third room they put me in was lovely. Rooms here are what I would call basic. It is not cutting edge modern and new. Rooms here are cheaper for a reason. You can't pay a lower price and expect a five-star hotel. Rooms are (usually) functional and clean. I love the little, outdoor sitting area. The pool is absolutely fantastic. It is huge and incredibly deep. The property also has beach frontage which is lovely. My booking said breakfast was included. The hotel staff were very kind and showed me their paperwork from hotels.com which said breakfast was not included. This was not necessarily the fault of the hotel. I am currently taking up this matter with hotels.com. Room service is exceptionally good and incredibly cheap. No rip-off rates for room service at this resort. Although I did ask for a salad without cucumber and it came loaded with cucumber. Staff were quick to change it over. I would recommend this property but don't expect miracles for the price you pay. It's not fair to pay a three-star price and expect a five-star hotel.

The staff is great.

Direkte Strandlage mit Einblick in den Habitus der Omanis. Sehr spannend. Super freundliches Personal, grosses Zimmer, Aussicht auf das Meer und die Hotelanlage mit Pool. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Komme gerne wieder.

The hotel complex was run down and tired. Staff were friendly. No wifi in the room and the hotel reception was a good 5 minute walk from the room.

Great staff. Very relaxing. Loved watching the dolphins each morning.

Good facilities not marketed well

Given wrong address on confirmation e-mail . Spent two hours searching for hotel from site of hotel that had not even started to be built. Comfortable stay when found but was expecting kitchenette.

Decent room for the amount we paid, nice pool, overlooking a public beach. If you have transport to get around Salalah, it's a pretty good deal. Housekeeping needs a bit of a refresher course, though. They showed up about every other day, which was fine for us, but when you take our dirty towels, you should replace them. When you take the used bars of soap, you should replace them. This seemed to be a bit of an issue. Otherwise, a good stay.

Overall Good experience. Very Friendly Front desk Staff. Good Swimming pool (especially size of the pool) and other amenities like Gym, Golf Cart, Beach Access etc.
