Great fresh pastries at breakfast

The rooms were spacious and clean, the receptionists and rooms service were also excellent and really friendly at all times. I was made to feel welcomed and valued by every staff member throughout my stay. The food was ok - but not brilliant, and service a little slow at breakfast.

Rooms are good, spacious, good amenities. Breakfast isnt great, there is only one elevator, customer service was good. When i ordered food to the room, they menti8ned that i could go down to restaurant and get the food 8r there would be a charge of 2000 RwF for bringing the food to the room, which was annoying. I dont think they charged me, but this wasnt a good.policy tomcharge fir room service. Have good massage.

We only needed the hotel room for a few hours before our 1:30 am flight out of KGL. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel shuttle to airport was provided free of charge. Our only complaint would be the poolside restaurant wasn't very good as far as the food quality and the service was really slow.

Ok stay, great airport shuttle pickup. Rooms and hotel is dated, motion sensor lights in room were annoying and needed to be switched off so we could sleep. Gym was ok but very busy, breakfast was ok, staff weren’t that friendly at breakfast but the guy cleaning the rooms was super nice. Also, checkout is 11am but our key card stopped working at 9am or so. Fair price and good enough.

The staff are excellent and food wonderful!

The hotel pick up at midnight was confusing. The driver did not display my name visibly and it took me 1/2 hour to find him. Once I got to the hotel the check in was efficient and friendly. The room was very large but the shower was old and only had warm-ish water. No hot water. The desk set up had a computer on it that took up most of the desk. The outlets for your computer are under the desk but required disconnecting things that were plugged in. The air conditioner was very loud but it helped cool the room down. Service in the pool restaurant took forever and the service was not at all friendly. The food was not very good. For the money I saved I should have stayed at the Radisson Blue. This hotel is ok but not for the price. I won’t be staying here again.
