Disponibilité du personnel. Par contre trop de bruit dans l'ensemble de l'hotel. les chambres du rez de chaussée (1001, 1002 et suivantes)sont à éviter: mal entretenues, coumoir puant les urines et des va et viens incessants durant toute la nuit.

L'accueil du personnels et le services en chambre excellant la restauration au top ...la déco de la chambre simple, propre mais l'eau de la douche pas très fluide. Mais bon c un problème du pays. J'aime la rdc.

The hotel need a overall re paint and furnitures changed as it’s all old and worn out. The bathrooms need to be redone and not worth the money!!

Bad first impression, got into the room, just to find no toilet paper in the toilet and a used shower rob hanging. In such a hot country, the Aircon wasn't on and a number of light bulbs weren't working. After having a word with the Reception, some stuffs were remedied and all was okay in general.

Very pleased with the excellent service and exceptional accommodation. Couldn't believe this was in D.R. Congo. So proud of the work these people are doing. My children want to go back there again. Nice food!

I experienced the best and worst of Beatrice Hotel. Best: - Some of the staff are amazing and went out of their way to help me. - The room was nice and relatively clean. Worst: - Know what you are entitled to - first day they billed me for breakfast which was supposed to be included, nobody wants to hear about problems once they occur. - I had one staff member steal from me. Make sure if you are paying cash to mark the bill paid. The manager doesn't want to hear about it. - I have food allergies and explained that I cannot eat a particular food. They did not remove it and had no interest in remaking my meal. I was still billed for a meal that I couldn't eat. - Many of the staff do not speak English but they try (Kudo's for that). They give unclear instructions. Make sure you find someone who clearly understands English.

The 24hour gym was good & also the customer service is very good I also enjoyed my room and balcony.

Flies all over inside property. Falling into my drink roof leaked when it rained . Service was very slow

This Hotel should not be a 4 star Hotel as bedsheets are old and have dirty marks on them, stayed twice in the same Hotel in Two different rooms. I would give it a 2.5 stars. When there is a party going on the noise level is not kept to minimal nor the said parking is reserve to the Hotel client instead used for different purposes. The is a real need to change all the bedsheets and towels across the Hotels.

The internet was really weak. The sink in the room hardly gave you room to wash your hand. The tub was rather stained. The safe was not large enough for a laptop.

This hotel is fine. It's reasonably clean and the front desk is fairly helpful. The rooms are fine, though my air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. Hot water is available and not a problem. Some of the things an international business traveler might expect in a room at this price point -- an iron and board, or a mini-fridge for example -- are absent. The restaurant is quite expensive, the food mediocre, and the service quite slow. But this is Kinshasa, and while there are better hotels in town, there are not all that many of them.

Quiet, convenient, cool and room was very comfortable.
