I recently arranged a stay at this hotel for my niece and parents, and overall, the experience was great. The front desk staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the process smooth. I had requested a surprise birthday cake for my niece, and although there was a delay, the hotel still followed through and made the moment special for her, which I really appreciated. The hotel was very clean, and the staff in general were warm and welcoming. Thank you for helping make her birthday memorable!

I asked property for wake up call and they firgot about Elevators are not adequate fir this size of building.

All was super lovely, staff very friendly and helpful, clean, we loved the spa area and gym.
