The staff is very accommodating, but the location is bad and overpriced for the area.

The hallway had an awful smell. The had broken furniture on the hallway

The hotel itself is unique architecturally. It's very eye catching. Unfortunately it seems like it's on the same level it was at 30 years ago. We tried calling room service several times but we didn't get an answer. Places offering better facilities are more reasonably priced.

Terrible service! Make sure you book the correct Cresta Lodge and not Cresta Hotel. No one helps you. Dodgy place.

Great service. Excellent service from Kimberly at reception, Ernest and Warmly who was attending to the rooms. Would greatly recommend to friends and relatives.
