We had a very pleasant stay at Carnaval Hotel Casino. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was clean and well-organized, and we felt well taken care of. Thank you for the great service. We hope to return in the future.

Great place to stay in Encarnacion

Good location and good service. The rooms are big and confortable.

Good hotel, need to take a cab to the beach/restaurants but that’s only 5 minutes.

The staff & rooms were really good. The majority letdowns were the amount of mold in the showers, the indoor pool looked very dirty & outdoor pool was missing shades above the chairs

Me encanto la amabilidad y buena onda del personal. Destaco entre ellos a Julio Cesar de admisión, nos quedamos en el hotel por su buena predisposición para facilitar y solucionar inconvenientes que tuvimos al registrarnos. No me gustó el sauna que se descompuso justo cuando lo solicitamos.

The room was fine but the air sometimes had a hard time keeping it cool. The breakfast was not very good.

I really like this hotel. The staff was kind and pleasant. The hotel was in great condition. The room was comfortable and in great shape. The internet was decent, and the breakfast was very good. It's in a central location about a ten-minute walk to the beach. It was perfect for me.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff who are helpful. Quality restaurant with great food. Breakfast plentiful with great choices on hand. Pool, sun terrace, gym small but handy. Other hotel services provided. Rooms big, modern and clean. Wi-fi no problems. Location meant it was a tad far to walk to most attractions. Plenty of cheap taxis on hand though parked at nearby casino.

Nice crew, great design. Was very satisfied. Food was good with a big variety of bread. Orange juice is not natural, would be nice if it was.

Located close to the bus station and about twenty minutes' walk from the famous, Costanera beach, this is a great place to spend a couple of days. The room was generously proportioned. Breakfast included a couple of Paraguayan traditional specialities. The pool terrace is a pleasant space, although the pool itself is rather small. Staff were always willing to help, whether by arranging taxis or with detailed knowledge of local shops!

Great hotel overall. The heated indoor pool is excellent to use all year round. Indoor parking is very safe and convenient as it is closed and has the entrance and exit watched by security 24/7 and is located right below the lobby. Staff is very professional and courteous. You can tell cleaning is also a big part of their routine as the rooms and shared areas are in great shape. The superior room is really spacious and comfortable, with a very big bathroom. I recommend it for families traveling with small children or babies.

business trip the hotel was fine

Rooms are large clean and welcoming. Bathroom modern and spotless. was good for a couple of nights to relax in. bit of a walk to the promenade, but close to the main bus station so convenient. Buffet style breakfast was fantastic. lots of choice. and pool area great to relax on a sunny day. 1 receptionist spoke English so make sure you know some Spanish.

Muy lindo hotel

Estadia muito boa. A única questão que apontaria é que o Casino não é no hotel, como pode parecer, mas sim na rua ao lado. Bem próximo, mas não faz parte da estrutura do hotel. Tive problema no estacionamento, mas não foi culpa do hotel e sim de um argentino folgado que deixou seu carro bloqueando o meu. No geral, vale a pena!
