Beautiful hotel with great outdoor spaces. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. We loved our stay there!

If the check in process can be smother, more IDs variety to be acceptable or a reminder message can be send before the check in will be great. Everything else is great

The staff were all amazing. Loved the hotel and the environment. It was my 1st time visiting and it was a wonderful experience definitely will be coming back with all my family. We had a nice experience, though, I advise the Hilton management to be more transparent with the prices they advertised. How strange to pay the full price for lunch/diner and then at the restaurant the staff asked you to pay for water $6 and another $6 for soda!!!!!

Hôtel vieillissant. L’endroit ressemble davantage à un spot pour adolescent ivres à danser au bord d’une piscine de beauf qui diffuse de la mauvaise musique trop fort qu’à un Hilton. Les restaurants sont insipides et chers. Le Sky bar n’a rien de Sky, ni de bar. On s’y sent comme emprisonnés puisque non ne peut en sortir. Dieu merci, la literie est magnifique. Nous qui souhaitions nous détendre pour finir notre séjour, c’est raté. A fuir..!

The kids pool is connected to the adult pool and they blasted kids music for a long time. It was very annoying. Even the music that wasn’t for the kids was bad. It was 9am and they played very unnecessarily loud pop music instead of something chill. Also we couldn’t order food from the beach. We had to go up to the pool

Beautiful resort setting on the dead sea. Large property, quite busy but staff are attentive and work hard to please.

It is very hard to get to the Hotel. Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff. Nice selection for the breakfast. Great views and you can get free mud bath and float in the Dead Sea without leaving the hotel.

Great property and staff

Enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel has a small beach which is perfect right now since tourism is very slow in Jordan. I would imagine during busy times the beach is too small. We enjoyed the mud bath and a morning Dead Sea soak. We ended up eating at the Lebanese restaurant which was outstanding! My only complaint is the no outside food or drinks. You are stuck paying their outrageous prices which I didn’t have this problem at any other hotel in Jordan. Otherwise it was a good stay

The staff were so accomodating and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
