Overall stay is wonderful.

Room was okay however housekeeping not brilliant. Team and complimentary items would not all be left, e,g if I was in the room there would be milk/cream however if not then only teabags. Also on checkout and check in it took too long for our bags to be taken, which meant we had to do it our self. After asking many times did the person help us put the bags in the car. Overall not a bad stay, room was comfortable and clean and the pool was nice. However communication especially during check in and check out would help. Hotel staff were very helpful when booking taxi drivers which I appreciate

Excellent experience at Levatio suite Muscat. Very clean. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the spa in the hotel. Great breakfast as well.

I stayed at this hotel for about twenty nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable experiences I’ve ever had. Everything from the location to the cleanliness and service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back here again in the future.

Great place to be, very central if you want to explore muscat. A mall within the accommodation makes access to basics very simple. A decent gym and pool as well. Lovely place to be and I would certainly visit again.

There is a hypermarket just a minute's walk from this hotel, which is very convenient.

When arriving at the property be aware that there are 2 Radisson hotels, side by side, resulting in arrival confusion. You need to look for the Levatio Suites entrance. As a result we had some initial difficulty in getting organized with parking and our room. We were so thankful to Romina H, front desk manager, for stepping up and helping us with our room and parking. A wonderful woman! Romina gave us a tour of the facilities and made us feel at home. The entire staff at the Levatio Suites have been wonderful during our week stay. The facilities are great and the location is perfect for touring Muscat. We highly recommend staying here! .

Very nice location hotel is clean

This hotel is definitely not what you would expect for a 4-star. The condition is not good and we saw cockroaches during our stay. The rooms and washrooms need an upgrade as everything is dated and falling apart. The worst part was the balcony as the barriers on the side are way too high and I was scared our 2-year old daughter would fall through it! This is something that should be addressed immediately!

Central location. Very helpful and attentive staff. Well appointed room, very spacious. Would happily recommend to anyone visiting Muskat.

Perfect

The 2 bedroom was spacious, beds were okay. We requested a 3rd bed for our 5 y/o, but this had very uncomfortable springs. The cleaniness was average, especially the kitchen could use a deep clean, including fridge. There was an open drainage in kitchen floor, that can have anything crawl out. Breakfast was not really impressive. Both days we had to send croissants back because they were so old they fell apart. Also there is apnly 1 lady responsible which is madness. The worst thing was the expectation of the Panorama mall thats stuck to the hotel. Do not book because of this mall! It is horrific, it has absolutely nothing except for a supermarket and it has the whole day every day the same song on a loop which makes it even more dreadful.

Staff was amazing! The hotel has had its glory days. It needs major renovation. I was moved to two different room due to plumbing and water leak issues. However, the staff was incredibly helpful with everything. Breakfast buffet need improvement too, there’s salad but no salad dressing. It’s connected to the mall and several coffee shops and restaurants which is very convenient. Local Taxis cannot pick you up in front if the hotel because they only allow their own sponsored taxis for their hotel service. Soon had to walk a few meters down to call a taxi.
