Property very clean excellent staff

Had a 3 bedroom apartment for price of single hotel room. Ideal for our first few nights in Nairobi with restaurants, bars and shopping centre in walking distance

We loved this property, staff was friendly and accommodating. Traveld with a large group so we booked two appointments and it was such a great choice. Everything was as pictured.

We loved our apartment at Yaya! So much we came back two extra times in between safaris to rest and regroup. The staff was exceptional! They made us feel like family. Part of why we kept returning. The apartments are huge, clean as could be. There were shower amenities, plenty of towels. The linens are super. When we visit again we are definitely returning here. Thank you for a wonderful experience during our time in Kenya! We will never forget you all ❤️

The people were friendly. In close proximity to markets and shops. The outdoor area is pleasant.

Yaya was absolutely Perfect and extremely accommodating. I stayed at yaya with my husband and two kids from 12/2-12/5. We traveled to Tanzania for a few days and then completed our vacation back in Kenya at yaya on 12/10. Having a comfortable place to stay with your children is important and yaya fulfilled it all. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Kenya yaya is the place to be.

Generally good facility. Repairs ongoing and very noisy during this period. No notice was made on booking.

Its a very neat and spacious apartment. Staff is very helpful. There is a mall right next to the apartment which makes it very convinient.

Location is very convenient as it is attached to a shopping mall that has everything. Staff was fantastic, especially Jacinda. Room was gigantic! Only complaint is that it was very noisy at night.

Security was extremely rude and unprofessional which overshadowed any positive aspects of the property. If you want to be treated with respect, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Yaya is my first choice when I stay in Nairobi. That says it all!

Location and large square footage. Easy access to shopping centers.

Location is great. The building needs remodeling. Bathrooms particularly. It looks that they are over 30 years old. people are very nice. Breakfast is delivered from mall restaurants. Don't count to be delivered before 7.15 am. No AC. Not needed though! Over all a pleasing experience! Again, very nice people!
