The property is very nice the location is amazing the rooms are clean and nice the reception is small take long time to check in they have nice lounge in the sixth floor but if you go the there be careful with the bill they add prices so you have to be careful they cheat I noticed some customers complain about that

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. I loved it! My view was amazing and breakfast was the bomb!

Whether it was amazing view but room not clean enough and shower so bad once you take shower all water going out of shower to bathroom and becoming like swimming pool

It is not as clean as it should be, dirty floors and the room smells bad. It should be better than that for a 5-star hotel.

I Don’t recommend this hotel. Very dirty and at best a 2 star hotel not luxury 5 star

Beautiful place and beautiful area

The people in the information desk, lounge and reception are very good

This hotel is top notch. From reception to the rooms & room service - everything exceeded expectations. I would stay here again, should I find myself in Jordan/Amman in the future. Thank you for the hospitality & overall excellent experience throughout my stay there!

The electrical outlet wasn’t working. The bidet had no water
