Front desk staff can be a bit grumpy & need to smile a bit more, but the rooms are good and the breakfast is excellent.

Excellent little hotel that feels like home - great breakfast

By far one of my favourite places to stay in Georgia. Room was spectacularly clean with two free waters, nice hotel staff. Only issue was I found what looked like ants all around the fridge and desk as I was about to check-out, likely from my open pack of skittles. So tip: dont leave any open foods, or u might end up in the same situation as I was! Still 5 stars.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I have stayed there for 2 nights. Neither their heater works nor they provided blanket. We froze and couldn't do anything as they said they said they can't do anything....Is Expedia listing such kind of properties....

Traveling as part of a multi country solo trip and this was a very nice hotel and location for everything I wanted. Very friendly staff and I was made to feel welcome.

Great location - you can reach all tourist places by walk, good breakfast, quite at night. The only little problem - you need to wait until the hot water become hot, not a problem just I do not like to waste a water.

The location is wonderful - you can walk to at least three parks near the location. I was able to reach a fortress on mountain and botanic garden. There is no problem with hot water, but you need to wait until it becomes hot actually. The conditioner was helpful to warm this place while the temperature outside was low and cool you, when it's hot. The breakfast is good enough, even if you are vegetarian.

The staff at reception was very polite and helpful. Arranged taxis when needed. Guided us to public transport. Checked us in early as we had arrived early. The room was like a small apartment. Overall a good experience.

The Hotel is good. The location is not excellent. It's close to best Church and the presidential Palace (Although you can visit the palace. You can walk around 20 minutes with hills and stairways to get to the tourist area (restaurants, Bar and more attractions) or you can take a taxi (better you have your google map because sometimes the taxis do not know exactly location) However, for the price is good if located in the tourist area will be more expensive.

It says free parking, but there was no parking. Had to park on the sidewalk. The room and shower were very nice, renovated, clean and roomy. BUT was VERY noisy. The guests from the other rooms made noise many time during the night (@00:00, 01:30, 03:45, 05:30), and we could hear everything like they were in our own room. Also the noise from the street from early morning was very loud and disturbing.

This hotel is in a quiet location not too far away from Avlabari metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and tidy. One of Tbilisi's tourist attractions - Sameba Cathedral - is only a couple hundred meters away. I enjoyed my stay here.

Was surprised it's kind a new hotel. Address is a bit complicated. Matters are very soft. Breakfast buffet needs to have more variety. Rest all is perfect. Thank you
