Loves the spa

Clean Room, wonderful staff and amazing amenities.

Breakfast good. We stayed 3 person but only 1 king bed. And they said they need to charge for extra bed. We can not order from room for room service we need to go down to tell what we want

Wonderful location. Breakfast is great with wide selection of local foods and pastries.

We didn't use the bar or the pool

Room was excellent spa was excellent breakfast buffet was ok. Next visit we will opt to not get the breakfast buffet. There are so many other wonderful affordable options out in town for meals that there is no need for the buffet.

Good room and good amenities

This hotel did not give the 5 star service. It is nice but rather 4 star standard. I took the stairs to go down and it was very dirty! Please clean those stairs! The personnel was very kind, the spa section was great

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very upset with the housekeeping. During my stay, my bedsheets were never changed, which is unacceptable for a week of staying. The bathroom was not cleaned throughout my stay, and the carpet was never vacuumed, which left the whole room feeling dirty. These should be very basic requests in any hotel, especially such a highly rated one. This level of cleanliness impacted my experience.

Smart city centre hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking around the old town. There are numerous restaurants an and cafes in the area for dining and relaxing. The staff at the hotel made us feel welcome immediately from the minute we checked in. The staff at the front desk were helpful with arranging rides and recommendations. The bar staff was friendly and interactive. Room was spacious and food was great. Overall a great stay in Skopje. I’d highly recommend if you’re staying in the area.

Very nice room. The shower is not comfortable though, the water gets out because there is no door. Very nice spa, three different saunas, hammam and a pool. I greatly enjoyed it.

Good location and friendly staff. Carpeting and curtains in rooms need to be upgraded to laminate flooring and blinds.

Great hotel and perfect location

Really nice hotel. Very central location. Can be noisy over the weekends as there is club near by
