My stay was not pleasant at all. I arrived at the reception at 2pm and from the look on receptionist face, it did not look like they had my booking in their system. He confirmed from his GM and I was asked to wait for 30minutes to clean the room b4 checking-in. In 30mins time my room was done but when I entered the room, what I saw was disgusting.stained bed spread and dirty bathroom with fungai growth. I asked for my room to be changed and I was given a much better room by GM which was their deluxe room. Even though in that deluxe room too ventilation was bad and they had frangrances under the bed to take away the smells. My issue is why will such a room be part of their inventory. Was taken to two rooms with the same state. In general staff were receptive even though they need to be trained. Their food was ok. I had to also pay separately for breakfast which I think is also not acceptable considering the rate I paid and the service standards. I will advice my fellow travellers not only read the positive reviews but consider negative once and if possible get a business associate or someone to check facility for you.

Overall, the rooms are comfortable, meals - excellent but the staff needs some training for upgrade on professionalism across the board. Otherwise, the facility is strategically located in a quite neighbourhood and excellent to unwind/relax for vacation.

clean and very comfortable room, a bit dark but ok, great location, a bit pricey but thought it was worth it... until we asked for breakfast to be delivered to the room... took three calls to the restaurant and more than an hour to get corn flakes and an omelet, but ustensils were missing and hot beverages too... took two more calls to the restaurant and an additional half hour to get those along with a "sorry I had forgotten about you" comment... for the price we were expecting to feel like guests or at least like customers!!! not sure what happened on checkout, but we were asked for an extra $20, the lady at the counter declined to say what the fee was for, only said we "had to pay", I refused since the room was paid for in advance through Hotels.com... can't really recommend this place, although it ain't bad, if you choose to go there, just don't expect too much... or don't use room service maybe

It was very nice. The rooms was nice and comfortable. But the lighting could be better in the room. I appreciate the upgrade when they did not have the room I ask for available. The lady at the front was very nice.
