I loved everything there, rooms, food, entertainment, communication, design, aquarium area, pool with filtered sea water, spa facility, top floor with sky lounge and wonderful view, green area around the resort and a lot more. It was my second stay and will go back again and again …

For what you pay for this place, I was expecting so much more. If you want a 5-star hotel experience, go to Batumi and skip this place. The positives were: the room/bathroom were nice, the main pool was huge and pretty, and the spa services were great. The negatives were: SO. MANY. KIDS., there were literally more kids than adults here; the staff were not friendly and were unhelpful, the gate guard wouldn’t let us in so we had to literally call the hotel from our car at the front gate and tell them to tell the guard to let us in, wild stuff; the bartenders have no sense of urgency or order; the restaurant wait staff was cold, slow, and forgot one of our entrees even though it was on the bill when they initially brought it.

The best resort that you can think of. The food, the staff, the environment super clean. The humanity the staff possess is top notch. You can’t worry about anything once you are there. Is a very good place to visit. I will visit again.

The best part of this hotel is the local staff. In Georgia, where customer service is not that developed, the team here is exceptionally good. Five stars to its entire staff and management.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and everything was perfect. Staff was friendly. Excellent breakfast.

Location, the views and the amenities were great but the hotel is starting to show its age. Amazing pool and spa the only negative about the spa was the steam sauna it had an unpleasant smell, I would suggest maybe adding some eucalyptus to create a nice relaxing ambiance in the sauna. All in all an amazing property to relax and have fun.
