The room was dated but clean. There was an odd smell in the room that never left. Early evening in the roof top restaurant could not get chocolate milk, coffee,cappuccino or tea. The brownie was stale and the ice cream awful. Pool is lovely but uncomfortable with the restaurant and bar people all watching you. Staff 10 out of 10. Elevators small and slow. Close to shopping. Negative ... 2 blocks downhill street lined with shacks, vendors, beggers, homeless eating out of garbage can. Walked the 1 km to the mall in daylight and was safe. We walked 3 blocks to go for dinner after dark with no prob. Parking is below ground. Not a sure thing the but the fellow always managed to find us something. Watch your phone. The waitress had her phone stolen from behind the counter while I was there by a person who walked in from the street. Luckily he was spotted later and the phone returned. Again the people working there were amazing.

This property served it’s purpose, but it is in serious need of upkeep. The walls in our room were scraped and torn, the curtains were broken, and the ceiling was covered in mildew. The sheets and pillowcases were stained and unraveling. The staff was friendly and the common areas were clean. The location is the best thing about this hotel as it is within walking distance to all the major shopping centers.

Nice clean hotel with great amenities and the staff was remarkable when I had a problem. The counter staff person went looking through the kitchen for tea for my wife's bad stomach. He found it and gave me enough for the whole trip. The breakfast was comprehensive and abundant... and tasted great. Definitely will return. Thanks!

Really enjoyed my stay

Great location. Less than a mile from the Brazilian border and a pretty nice Mall. 15ish minutes from the bus terminal. Breakfast was adequate but not the best. Fruit and postres were excelente but the eggs were juicy, yes juicy and the bacon was swimming in grease. If I went back to Ciudad del Este I would probably stay there again because of the location.

The bedding was dirty and towels yellowish color The pillows smells really bed, when we asked for replacement they brought two of the smelling even worst. They smelled like swet, obviously never washed. Stuff at the lobby was kind of rude and not interested in their job. Over roll, nad hotel in very noisy neighborhood.

Perfectly fine hotel in downtown CDE. Nice views of the city from the top floor, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. No real complaints about the hotel.
