Bed was uncomfortable and cold room interior

Pillows are old, VIP rooftop bar noisy at dinner time

Great hotel. Great staff. Manager Oscar Fuentes was an awesome host. Made us feel like home. Made us feel welcomed. Oscar went a step beyond to help us set up our tours throughout our stay. Thanks to Oscar we will definitely come back!

No irons in room or bathrobes and this is in the presidential suite. Hotel could have been cleaner , the bed sheets could of been cleaner

It had what one needs, without being luxurious, it had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were modern and comfortable.

Una muy buena opción si lo que se busca es ubicación! Muy cerca de las principales calles de la ciudad. El equipo debe estar mejor capacitado para brindar una mejor atención y experiencia al cliente. El hotel tiene muy bonitas vistas de la ciudad y debería aprovecharse de mejor manera esos espacios!

Inviting and welcoming staff. Dining in the restaurant was a treat. Paul and Luis took great care of us. The modern room overlooked the futbol stadium which allowed us to watch a futbol game. I will definitely return to this property.

Amazing staff and great breakfast! Unfortunately, Friday and Saturday night was extremely loud since the windows are not sound proof and there’s a big club a couple of doors down.

Nice stay overall but I didnt except to be charged for the late checkout and also the airport shuttle was not available. It was one of the main reasons for me to pick this hotel, and it was not available.
