I booked a day ahead and when I arrive, they told me there is no room available but clearly they received the order and the confirmation number but didn’t mention anything to me or prepared anything. After I arrive, I have to call an uber take me to another hotel by myself in the middle of the night. Terrible service and ignorance.

Nós sempre ficamos no Asuncion Gran Hotel. O Staff é muito cordial, mas infelizmente, devido à taxa de câmbio desfavorável, tudo ficou muito caro. Além disso, tivemos um mal-entendido no check-out a acabamos saindo sem tormarmos nosso café da manhã, devido ao atraso na sua preparação. Apesar disso, recomendo o hotel, apenas se tiver um veículo disponível ,pois fica longe do centro de compras.

Beautiful pool area, friendly staff, very clean and well-mai It would be nice to have more outlets for charging electronic devices, as well as an iron and ironing board in the room.

Not a 4star hotel. More like 2. The rooms were extremely small and old.

The room was big and cleanliness, the wifi doesn´t work verry well, the TV doesn´t has much channels. The breakfast was excellent, and the location of the hotel is a good place.

Best thing is the breakfast and the restaurant has good food and good prices. The frontdesk are kind of clumbsy on checking you in and out. They need retraining. The pool is nice. The gym is very poor. Location is about 15 min from downtown. No food or grocery stores nearby. If you need a good taxi driver ask for Mr Cornelio he will give you great prices and knows his way around town. Very trustworthy and he is always parked outside the hotel.

Toda a equipe é atenciosa e gentil. O chuveiro é excelente, a área de recreação e piscina limpos e bem cuidados. Destaque para a piscina: Maravilhosa! O quarto é ok. Faltou um cofre e a troca diária de toalhas. Mas de modo geral o hotel cumpre o que promete.. e tem um bom restaurante! Retornarei em breve.

Arquitetura incrível. Ambiente agradável. Áreas comuns excelentes. O quarto que fiquei tinha as paredes finas e não tinha muita circulação de ar, mas acho que foi falta de sorte. Café da manhã agradável. Tratam bem os gatinhos que ficam ali e achei isso incrível. Os funcionários merecem destaque, excelentes!!!!

El hotel tiene comodidad regular. Solicitamos cambio de colchón. Solicitamos media pensión para adelantar la entrada y dijeron que no tienen esa modalidad, sin embargo a otra familia le dieron.

Tuve un inconveniente con la habitación pero respondieron a la altura de las circunstancias.

Muy limpia y huele bien en la habitacion. Quería bañera, pero no la había.

Incrível, sempre que vamos ao Paraguai nos hospedamos no Assunción Hotel. Super recomendo.
