Room was clean. Staff was Friendly and helpful - we left the big luggage with them for the safari.. AC needed a restart to cool the Room down but Next day it showed the error again. Breakfast was good. They change some days with ham and salmon. You have a Station for Omelett and some Fried africano Special food.

Room was clean, had some amenities (the Other Room i had show cleaner which i haven’t had in the First Room) AC didn’t work and the Technican couldn’t fix it that night so it didn’t cooled down. Shower worked only the sky shower not the handle. Elsewise the Room had enough space. Breakfast was sufficient - Chai Tea was quiet strong but you had milk and water to make it much tasty. Staff was Great and very helpful. It’s a Little Bit outside of the CBD but you have small shopping Centers around and also as a Tourist you find Souvenirs.

Every thing was good only water pressure and the temperature were bad . Be aware it’s right beside slums

People were very kind and nice, I'd like to really emphasize that. Generally speaking, Kenyan people were just very professional and kind to me. I was disappointed because I was moved to twice to different rooms because of their condition. The biggest disappointment was the quality of bath water. I specifically chose this hotel because they had a nice tub... on my third room. But then the water was brown. I wasn't going to get sick. I would have chosen other 5-star hotel. And that's the thing... I don't think it's fair for them to claim the hotel as a 5-star. Breakfast was good enough, but again, water dispenser is brown... I didn't complain about the brown bath water because I knew they couldn't do anything about it over night. Cleaning people can also do a better job. I finally got a normal looking bathrobes in my third room, but the first room didn't have any, second room had a robe ripped... they did leave me more than enough water bottles everyday and again, all of them were very pleasant. I think they need a major renovation.

Staff by a mile. Such friendly, courteous, willing to please and friendly staff. Pleasant ambiance in the hotel. Great location. Good value.

Wonderful staff and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much of an effort. I believe the team makes this place a wonderful one to stay. There advice on safety outside the hotel was useful as we have returned to our birth place after 50 years.

The hotel did not have internet on the August 12 from the time I checked in at 7.30 till next day morning. The receiptionist did not alert during check in that there is no internet. When asked after checkin at about 8 pm, she mentioned that it will be back in 20-30 minutes, i kept following up again at 9.00 pm and at 9.30. It was same answer ... will be back shortly. Finally at 11.30 I was told it is not going to be back. I wish they were honest about it upon checkin so I could have booked my stay at another hotel. I was not able to access emails or do any work without internet. I will not stay at this hotel again.
