Property in renovation but bathroom smells

This place is in the heart of Banos, next to the main cathedral, close to everything, with a view of the town, and mountains around it. The place is well kept, creatively remodeled, and had very helpful staff. You will have noise from all the activity outside but the patio doors do block much of the sound when closed. If you're very sensitive to sound you might want to be further from the town center. If you want all the shops and restaurants nearby, this is the place.

Very lovely hotel in Baños. Very receptive on Whatsapp, helped me find parking and anything else I needed.

Excellent service and very attentive staff!

This was my first time staying at a Socialtel since Selina folded. The experience was exactly like Selina - other than the branding it was exactly the same. Value for the price was good. Room and bedding was comfortable. Hygiene products were provided in the bathroom. The common spaces (lounges, coworking space, rooftop) were all really nice.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the park. It has a lovely little terrace offering a beautiful view. The breakfast is quite complete, and as always, the staff is incredibly kind. For what we were looking for, it was perfect.

The hotel is great! we love specially the food and service at the rooftop restaurant! Also the location is excellent! we were near to restaurants, church and business!!

Selina was an excellent place to stay! I LOVED IT! The location is great, just next to the main church and park. People in the front desk are all very kind. The room was also spacious and comfortable. I also have to mention that I loved the breakfasts there and the people serving the breakfast were also very polite. Can't wait to be back!

Helpful staff and central location.

Parking is $5 but a little hassle in the process to park the car.

The Selina was in a great location. Our stay came with a welcome drink & breakfast which were very good! We decided to have dinner there too with our complementary drink. The food was very good & even reasonably priced for the quality! The view from scenic roof top restaurant topped it all off for a great experience! It is perfect for backpackers & weekend trips. Once checked out they will store your luggage & you are still able to shower & nap in the lobby accommodations. The staff was bilingual, welcoming & helpful!

Well located, good price and quality service. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the room was not as clean as it should. There was trash under the bed
