The hotel has outstanding architecture, beautiful interior design details, and was very clean. The staff were also wonderful! They picked us up from the parking area with a cool electric cart (as Perast is a no-car town), and they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful the whole time! In the evening, my partner realized she needed something from the store and there were only four minutes until it closed; she ran outside. At the reception, Sandra ran after her and insisted she hop into the shuttle cart; they made it just in time. My partner was so surprised and grateful that she went out of her way to help. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and it looked like it had been recently renovated. It was also lovely to have breakfast right by the water, in one of the nicest spots in Perast. One small detail I would recommend is to include complimentary water; this is something many hotels don't offer, but it makes a difference. And as Heritage Hotel Leon Coronato is so close to perfect, it might as well take the crown.

Jelena is the hotel attendant and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is quiet and the setting is beautiful. Rooms are nice and staff was friendly. The breakfast at the Hotel Conte is a buffet and the seats along the waterfront have a wonderful view. If you are looking for an intimate experience and enjoy a small village feel, the Hotel Leon is perfect. Day cruisers do invade for few hours but once they leave Perast it is quaint and quiet. Great restaurants (we loved Eho) to choose from from local food to more adventurous offerings. Parking is limited if you are driving although once you find a spot the hotel will bring a golf cart for your bags. No cars allowed in Perast unless you are a resident. In high season it would be very challenging. October parking is free. The value is great and Perast is a beautiful place. Close enough to Kotor yet much less busy. Bus stops by parking lot which is a quick ride to Kotor. Loved our stay!

The hotel is very clean and luxury. The view is amazing. Next to the water. Staff are very lovely and friendly. The breakfast is average. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Rooms were small so there wasn’t enough room for more than a few nights stay. It would have been useful to have a coffee machine in the room as breakfast wasn’t served until 8am and none of the coffee to go shops opened until 8am either.

Absolutely adorable location and hotel. The town itself gets busy during the day with more and more tours arriving, but as long as you discover the town in the morning and afternoon, and spend the day in Kotor or elsewhere, you’ll avoid the crowd and love this hotel.

Friendly, boutique property where front desk staff wear different hats. The pick-up and drop off from parking lot were fast and efficient. Overall, the staff were helpful with answering questions about tourist sites and they were very good with responding to inquiries promptly over WhatsApp and email ahead of the stay. The room, however, was very standard. I felt the property was quiet at night, which is good. Property was well-kept but if you're looking for anything fancy, this probably isn't it.

A beautiful small hotel perfectly situated within Perast. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, polite and faultlessly helpful. They are able to provide great local recommendations. Breakfast is at the neighbouring hotel and is very simple, and you get to eat it on the terrace right next to the water looking out over Kotor Bay. They sea view rooms deliver a stunning view out to the two islands in the bay. Rooms are very well provisioned and the mini bar rosé is a local delight.

Wonderful ancient heritage property, with tasteful, amazingly modern refurbishment done inside. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy - both in the hotel and with activities in the area. Most notably, they arranged a private boat tour for us of sites on the bay that was perfect. Only downer: breakfast quality was medium, and on the last day was provided only with a la carte service at a snail's pace. 'Good thing we went early and were not in a hurry to depart. But Perast is beautiful and we would choose this hotel again, definitely.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights with family and friends for our wedding and it was incredible. Top notch service, clean rooms, great included breakfast and tremendously helpful and friendly staff.
