The staff here are great and supportive. Feels a safe place to stay travelling alone where the people look out for you

It was acceptable

I didn’t like anything. I did love the location. Some much ongoing with the rooms. They all have different faults, which were all reported to the front desk. You can add a small microwave next time.

First time checking in fridge in room was not working. Then toilet flush wasn’t working. Moved to another room, cats are banging on the door connecting the room to the pool, noise from the upper flat and maintenances passing isn’t good when resting in the morning. Decided to extend my stay, I had to rebook waited a while to even get another room prepared although the booking was done onsite time and a day before scheduled check out for the first booking. Room was cleaning at the time, did not get room card and came back later in the afternoon to uplift after touring, only to be told by the front desk agent she needs to check to see if the room is first prepared before we can get the card, although this morning it was already in the midst of cleaning when we brought our bags in because we could not wait any longer, we had one taxi waiting. We did get the card after and headed up the room to eat. New room, toilet door isn’t closing. We are yet to see how well things work again.

The fact that the pool area is not cleaned on a daily and the towels left by the pool from saturday on arrival where still on chair n tables on monday

Every thing was excellent

Good location, but facilities are not at their best. Toilets did not work properly, poor amenities. Almost cero staff to assist you.

Time Out is a nice small hotel which has a more personal touch to it. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff were very professional, helful and friendly. It is also very convenient to have a bar and restaurant adjacent to the hotel, not to mention how close it is to St Lawrence Gap, known for it's bars, restaurants and the main area for the island's nightlife. I would definitely rebook Time Out again.

The hotel was basic but clean and 2 minutes from the beach, the hotel works as it’s a beach holiday. The staff were friendly, the food was good.

Generally gives the basis you need for an accommodation of it is kind. Didn’t have breakfast because the service was ridiculously slow and had to leave eventually. The staff were very warm and friendly. The room was well kept expect no hot water The restaurant options in the areas were not that many Taxi service were right outside so that was great All in all the plan was to be out and about so this property served that purpose

Great location on the gap though at nights it can get very sketchy with people offering you the option to buy a multitude of substances
