They walk you away from the front desk to the concierge stand to check you into the Mills Resort. Too much sound travels between adjoining rooms, resulting in being awakened at 1am. TV is antenna only, no cable, and very poor reception. If you want news or entertainment, use your cellular telephone. We dialed the operator from the room multiple times with no response. I walked around to find someone to claim our bags. If you want service, I recommend tipping the person who greats you immediately to improve your experience where possible. For us, never again will we stay here.
