Excellent place to stay!!

Everything was nice

Really enjoyed our stay the staff very friendly, accommodation good, food choice excellent and location and amenities great

Swabrina,Japhet,Gideon,Brian,Wendy,Zeina,Titus,Elizabeth and Mary were great hosts at the kids zone, we played Spoons, Uno, Table Tennis, Pool, and Table Football with them all

Nice hotel. Great place if you are looking for a self-contained resort. Four pools, multiple restaurants, private beach, bars, spa and more. Definitely a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings. Hotel is a bit remote; you’ll need to hire transportation to visit places.

Loved staying here would come back again the food the staff the whole place ,the security and the entertainment team were all amazing.lots of picture spots swimming sitting ooh my it’s just amazing.love my stay here will be back Sarova

Excellent service . Excellent food . Nice property

Great staff and variety of quality food choices. We really enjoyed our 2 hr snorkelling trip off of the beach. The beach itself is nice for walking ,but expect some salespeople to interrupt you and a fair bit of seaweed in the water. The pools were perfect though for us and our teenagers. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at Whitesands.

My stay at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resport & Spa in Mombasa was amazing. It is a wonderful hotel at a stunning location by the Indian Ocean. And the service in the hotel is really good and with the personal touch.

The service at Whitesands was wonderful. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We are regular guest at the hotel however on this occasion we were offered rooms which were adjacent to a building site. Naturally, we were unhappy with the room and this resulted in a lot of frustration and prolonged discussions in trying to get an alternative room. Whitesands has always been my first choice however I think they are now putting more emphasis in an accommodating large conferences and off sites then making arrangements for regular tourists.

Attentive staff. Clean throughout property. Beautiful landscape. Excellent restaurants. Stayed 5 days and did not have reason to leave the property

First let me get this opportunity to thank all the staff. All the staff members we encountered were all extremely friendly, amazing and exceptional. Kudos to Japheth and Ian from the Animation team, Esther at the front desk, Harry, Harun, Edith and Ferdinand in the restaurant. Our housekeeper was also very patient with us, I’ve forgotten her name. The resort is very clean and there are many activities to do during the day. There is also entertainment in the evening. The guy who sings in the dinning room has an amazing voice. We generally had a wonderful time at the resort and we look forward to returning soon. If you are looking for a place to go, please don’t hesitate to book this resort, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel - the food is excellent, the property is wonderful, and there are lots of pools across the hotel- including an adult only one. The only downside is that the beach is not clean - there's lots and lots of seaweed all around which if cleaned up would make a big difference
