Great location and friendly staff

Beautiful resort

Everything from the beginning was excellent. Actually we arrived early by 3 hours before checkin time. But the staff was kind enough to offer us early checkin. Amazing view from the room. Food options were great. Breakfast spread was very good and also delicious with major cuisines. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Gym is open 24 hours which is a great advantage. Couldn't ask for anything better. We will of course stay again if we decide to plan a trip to Muscat.

The big happy is the beach access. Great pools and delicious food. Evening drinks and appetizers at The Edge bar overlooking Muscat and the beach was special. Staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel was super busy. You really need a car to stay here or have your transport organised. Shuttle service to the Souq , mall and mosque available.

Nice stay

A nice hotel in a good location where we enjoyed our stay very much. The beach is a great plus. The staff are all excellent - thank you. Most things are well maintained but we found the tennis court and gym old fashioned and a bit run down. A couple of specific points about the gym. The rack holding the free weights is very dangerous, with sharp metal edges where the weights are placed back after use. I fear someone will eventually lose a couple of fingers because of this. The weights themselves are an awkward old-fashioned type. I would suggest that in the interests of safety the whole rack and set of weights be replaced with a safe modern set. The floor in the free weights area also needs to be padded where weights are inevitably dropped. Otherwise a very nice experience. Thank you.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff is very friendly & helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable. They provided complimentary dates & chocolates that were delicious! The pool is beautiful and the private beach was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again!

It was a amazing experience as usual . I have stayed there a few times before. The only thing i would say below expectation is the gym which is not upto date and very congested and machines are not that to suit a 5 star hotel. Service , food , location, ambience is 7 star

Great location beachside. Awesome pools. Enjoyed the Muscat skyline at night. Extremely helpful and accommodating reception staff. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast by the pool.

A really well run hotel. Every staff member helpful, comfortable rooms - if not newly refurbished, great breakfast and restaurant options. Well positioned in very nice safe area.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the beach with very attentive staff and fabulous food. The pool is gorgeous and also you are only steps from the beach. Has table tennis which we enjoyed very much and also tennis and other games.

Staff were all welcoming and communicative, service was good in all areas. Lady from reception in the evening was especially helpful in sorting out our WiFi issues. Our room on the fifth floor was delightful with a large balcony which had sun all day.

We loved our stay. The service is very high, the staff is so friendly and you are always greeted with a smile. We ended our two week Oman vacation, by staying here for 3 days. Hanging in and around the pool. Exercising in the gym and eating good food at the hotel restaurants. A perfect ending. We will come back ♥️ My constructive criticism would be 1. Some of the interior in our room was showing signs of use. 2. The morning buffet has everything. I eat to much every day. But the machine coffee was so out of place. It tasted so bad, that I went up to the cafe by the reception and bought my coffee there.
