Stunning views.

The staff is amazing!

The staff was really nice, and the room was clean—though it could have been a little cleaner. Overall, the resort was super clean and beautiful. The view from my room was breathtaking; the ocean almost didn’t look real, it was so stunning! All I had to do was wake up and roll over to a beautiful ocean view right from bed. Food was good too!!

Original room we were put in has a dirty bathroom (other people’s hair still on the shower walls, goops of soap on the shower door) and an outlet next to the bed was falling off of the wall. Moved to a second room that had a melted GFCI outlet (so it clearly didn’t work), and there was hair in the second one too. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care much. Drinks were very weak at the included bars and food other than maybe Club Margot was not great either. Much better food off-property. Birds all over the bottles at the outdoor bars, and on the tables too. Wait staff, bartenders, and shuttle drivers however, were all absolutely wonderful. Beach was great. Neat to see all of the cruise ships come in.

Outstanding and courteous staff. Great in-house restaurants. It was tough to leave.

Great accommodations close to the ocean. The check in process was ridiculous as they weren’t prepared for large parties (not ours) which delayed our check in by an hour. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is attentive. Planning to stay again.

The weather was perfect, and our room, 1306 on the second floor, was ideally located near the center of the resort's activities. The resort itself was clean, and most of the staff were pleasant; a few even brightened up after we tipped them. My favorite spot was Club Marquet, especially thanks to Gilbert, the bartender, who was incredibly nice and could whip up any drink we requested. Ginger and Red Parrot were decent dining options, but I'd suggest avoiding Pure Lime. The Divi offered enjoyable nighttime entertainment, and I recommend using the app to keep track of pool entertainment schedules. If you're looking for a better beach area, I'd lean towards the Divi, which also seemed to attract a younger crowd. However, I found the bar staff at the Divi bar closest to the entertainment area to be quite unfriendly and seemed annoyed when asked for a drink.

The tile in the bathroom and flooring needs replacing-looks dirty in the shower. The rooms are old and outdated. The cleaning staff did a great job with cleaning and trying to make it more comfortable.

Ocean views were beautiful but we were very disappointed that we had no beach access like we did in previous years that we had stayed there. We had been able to not only enjoy the beautiful beach just in front of us but the wonderful beach walk over to the Divi.

Best resort in Aruba hands down!! The staff at the main lobby bar especially the evening shift guys. They were awesome. Food was great! The buffet top notch. Lots of variety and attention to individual needs. Ended up becoming members at the divi!
