good, friendly all staff and also the owner is fast response, to use the facilities must really contact the owner if you do not have a fingerprint, given a free parking card belonging to the owner, so getting in and out of the parking lot is very comfortable, soap and shampoo must bring extra yourself, because provided only a little, like me who likes to be clean, I prefer to be provided with trash plastic so that I can easily throw the trash into the garbage, Overall I really like and always enjoy staying in this apartment....

Nice, luxury place. Definitely will come back. If you have a microwave, it'd be better. Also, if the host could give the instruction first for the customers how to check in it'd be better, instead of customer had to contact the host first. But overall, everything is good. Host is helpful ;)

I had the most pleasant stay here! Stayed for 2 nights and the location is strategic, right in front of aeon mall and so close with ICE BSD (had a walk after a concert at night only 12 minutes away!). Very recommended, clean, spacious, completed amenities (minus microwave) but there is stove inside so no big deal! There is also a family mart inside that open until 10pm! I love both interior and the exterior so luxurious. 10/10 gonna stay here again!

This room has same with the picture. Everything good. But air condition should be serviced by owner. A bit hot at room.

Comfortable and the service is good.

The check-in procedure is easy, no deposit, the unit is very clean, the cooking utensils are complete, the wifi is fast, the bed is not soft. Hospitality is really good, all staff from security, receptionists and friends are all friendly, the owner is also kind and informative. It's just that unfortunately I forgot to book the swimming pool/gym h-1 to the receptionist so I didn't have time to try it.

Branz BSD is awesome! Luxurious apartment with very nice view from the 33th floor. I will surely be back here again.

The place is very homey, according to the photo, the place is relieved, there is a refrigerator, stove, AC, living room, clean bedroom, clean bathroom, the owner is also very friendly. WiFi is super fast, TV channels are also diverse. the view is also exciting, we can look towards Foresta and its surroundings. Facilities are also diverse, there is an outdoor swimming pool, gazebo, but unfortunately because of the pandami, the gym and indoor pool are closed.

The view from the room is super nice and very instagrammable, and the apartment facilities are very good, complete and comfortable. The entire staff of the apartment was very friendly. It's very nice to stay here, quality time with friends, yesterday's event was a gathering of friends who were gathering even though it was only in an apart park but very pleasant. The room is also clean, the owner is also very good recommend. But what is less comfortable is that the occupants of the next room are very talkative and do not want to be disturbed so for the quality time in the same room with friends, it can't be noisy because the occupants of the next room definitely slam the door haha about usually young people booking apart if they want to have an event with friends or maybe want a bridal shower so there's no way it's not noisy

The owner was very cooperative, They helped us for check in procedure which is very easy. The unit was clean, spacious, and luxurious. They also prepared cooking utensils so we can cook simple food. Very recommended and definitely will return to this unit in my next visit
