The room was very dirty, and there were cockroaches. I definitely won't be coming back a second time.

Everything was great, the hotel is right in the center, the staff are friendly, I loved it.

My first impression was that the room smelled of essential oils, not musty. The only downside was that the bathroom light was too bright when lying in bed. But overall, it was fine. I'll book again if I have the chance to visit Hue.

I stayed on the ground floor, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room because the hotel keeps fish and plants. If you stay on an upper floor, there's no elevator, which is inconvenient for guests on those floors, and the room smelled musty. Otherwise, the room was pretty good and clean.

What a poor quality room, smelled musty as soon as I walked in. No super speed, no remote control for TV, asked receptionist and they said it was broken. Overall this was the worst room I've ever stayed in when I was in Hue.

I stayed here for 1 night. I found the location convenient for traveling. The rest was inconvenient (parked elsewhere and when it rained, I walked back and forth through the hotel and got wet. If I didn't ask, I wouldn't have known where the hotel was because before that, it was a spa with many people looking in). The room smelled extremely musty, the mattress wasn't comfortable, and the toilet didn't have a door to separate the bathroom. After taking a shower, I got wet. I hope the hotel improves.

First impression is that the receptionists on both shifts are cheerful and friendly. The address is a bit difficult to find but calling the address is enough. The room is quite ok, clean, mattress. I saw other reviews saying it was noisy at night, maybe I went on a weekday so it was quite quiet at night, good sleep
