The place is clean and comfortable for a homestay at this affordable price. Even though it's not air-conditioned, it's still cold. The guards are friendly, communicative and very helpful to visitors. The streets go in and out of alleys, but still safe for big cars. The location is very, very strategic because it is in the middle between the city center of Malang and Batu and is also in the area of large campuses. Rating from me.

As seen in the photo, the location is in the middle of residential housing so it is a bit far from the main road and there is only 1 local mini market near here. Homy and very comfortable place. For me, who doesn't bother choosing a "clean" place of origin, thumbs up from me. Don't really use the kitchen, it's a shame that other guests don't take care of the cleanliness and tidiness of the bathroom, even though it includes sharing room. This is a risk that can actually be started from yourself.

I stayed from September 28 to October 5, 2019 and really enjoyed it. The wifi is fast, the room is clean, there is a dispenser so you can make coffee and tea already provided.
