Great spot next to the beach!

Extremely welcoming and kind staff (front desk, housekeeping, etc). Very clean, close to the beach and area hangouts. Very nice.

Great Family at atmosphere!!

The hotel was clean. The complimentary breakfast was stocked and offered a variety of choices. The pool was clean and the complimentary towels were a bonus. There was easy access to the beach and everyone was friendly. We enjoyed our trip and will book again.

The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. While the walls were very thin and I could hear everything in the hall as well as the ice machine near the elevator, I was able to use ear plugs and slept through the noise.

Great hotel, location was perfect walking distance to the beach

A mistake was made during the booking experience, and the hotel did not care to ensure I knew I had double booked my room at the time of my arrival. I was given access to one room under my name even though apparently I had two that I didn’t know about. They would not refund my money, even though the hotel was not oversold and they didn’t lose money on my overbooked room. Manager was not helpful or nice, she hung up in my face when I called to request a refund, which is a shame because the other staff were kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were also not updated or very clean considering the price of the room. Hotels.com was also not helpful in getting my money back even though their website glitching was the cause for the overbooking.

Guest services was great

We checked in on that Monday and was given a handicapped accessible room which I did not book and, was not given a reason as to why,I was given that room. I had to ask for shower curtain and, plenty of towels as we had to use those to keep water from everywhere. We were then offered another room that Wednesday and was a little frustrated as I should had been moved the same day of check in when I asked about having a handicapped accessible room as our check out was Friday....We booked this hotel because we stayed here last year and, had such good service so we decided to book again, but don't think we will again.

ONLY PROBLEMS ARE THE WORKERS. The cleaning ladies ignore u and shake there head say no english. The breakfast lady was walking and i said thank u and she shook her head with a nasty look said something in spanish and kept walking. Guy on night shift with pony tail was rude and never said a word to us when we was talking to him and the other guy worker who was nice. I cant stand going somewhere and asking questions or need help and cant speak English. Then dont hire them. Its pathetic. The hotel was nice but studf was behind the shelfs by the bed. It was Zyn pouches on floor in bedroom and stuff by dresser. If u like hotels who hire people who dont speak english then maybe its for you.

Convienent to the beach!!

We got two rooms during Memorial Day weekend. Rooms were very clean. Loved the pool area! Breakfast was standard free breakfast buffet. It was good and got the job done. Beach was right across the street-they didn’t have beachfront area but overall great hotel for the price!

The best thing about this room was the size. 3 ladies and we didn’t feel cramped. Bad part was the toilet was stopped up and they gave us a plunger to fix it. They didn’t have anyone to do that. The bathroom sink was clogged as well. Seems they have plumbing issues. The good thing is its walking distance to everything. I don’t think it was worth $800+. There’s plenty around for less.

The room was exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds and nice bedding. There was some noise issues late at night. More accessible parking would be nice

Family friendly establishment. The pool was great. The beach was across the street and walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was good. I had hair in bathroom floor that was not mine. The bedding was not changed daily but that may be common now. It was not when i worked in the hospitality business. The breakfast was average. People were real friendly and helpful.

Quiet, staff was friendly, esasy parking.
