There was one male staff member who was unfriendly. I asked for early check-in with an additional fee, but it was difficult. Finally, another employee helped me and I was able to get in. I've been here many times, but this is the first time I've been made difficult.

So this is my regular hotel every time I go to Jakarta, it's the best.

For the price it's affordable.... But the service is lacking.

The room is comfortable and clean, the AC is cold, everything is clean, there is lots of food around, there is an Indomaret, but the soundproofing is lacking, it is still a bit noisy.

I don't know, because I didn't end up staying overnight.

I have a bad experience which was when I buy food from the in-hotel restaurant, I gave her 100k but she insisted it was 50k. I’m disappointed so u better get the food first instead of paying directly so u wont have the same experience with me.

Overall, it was good, clean and comfortable, although the toilet was cramped. The staff was friendly, but this was my first time staying at a hotel that required a deposit.

With that budget, it's very good and recommended.

The ceiling is too low, everything else is ok.

Check-in time must be at 2:00 PM sharp, I booked elsewhere at 1:00 PM and was still served. I booked a double bed with a single bed, but was given a single bed, even though it was large. The room smelled of cigarettes, even though it was written that smoking was not allowed in the room. The TV wouldn't turn on.

Comfortable and clean. I requested a room with a window and non-smoking, but the receptionist gave me a room with a window but smoking, but the receptionist didn't inform me that the room was smoking, and my wife is allergic to cigarette smoke.

It's a decent transit spot, but not a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom is small, so it's uncomfortable to shower.
