the room smells damp, the sheets smell and the blanket is dirty

Poor service, check-in costs additional tax on top of the application fee that has been booked, the bedroom is full of bed bugs, the sheets and pillows are very dirty and smelly, the mattress is damaged and not suitable for use, the bathroom is dirty and smelly & the drain is clogged, in essence this hotel needs to be repaired in all aspects, please repair it because it is not habitable.

The room costs 500 thousand rupiah, but the facilities and cleanliness are like those in a guesthouse priced under 200 thousand rupiah. Besides, the receptionist is also not very friendly.

I've checked in here three times, but the last time I checked in, I saw that the sink still had cigarette butts and tissue paper. So, in the future, please ask the staff to be more careful. 👍

Changed rooms 3 times, in the first room there were lots of cockroaches when I got into the bed, in the second room the bed was messy, in the third room the AC wouldn't turn off so I couldn't be bothered to complain.

I was really shocked, the flush button on the toilet seat kept coming out, the bottom of the door was holed, the sheets and blanket were dirty, I tried washing them with Bayclin and Citrun, the floor under the mattress looked like it had been spilled, there were lots of spider webs, there were ants, tomcats too, lots of mosquitoes, I actually only needed a few hours to rest but I didn't because I saw the condition of the sheets and blanket, so I just took a shower, so this is a lesson for me, hopefully I will be more careful in choosing a hotel, and learn to trust other people's assessments

Dirty hotel smells of cockroaches, never order here again, ugh

There were 2 dead cockroaches in the room, the toilet was broken and covered with ceramic tiles :(, the AC couldn't be turned off, the pillows were crumpled, the sheets were dirty, the blanket was torn. Then they asked me to pay again because of VAT, this is the first time I've used Traveloka and been asked to pay again.

The facilities are very lacking. This is the first time I've found accommodation that is very lacking.

The shower water doesn't come out, and the room isn't clean.

Actually the hotel staff is friendly, the location is strategic, but the cleanliness of the room really needs attention, dirty sheets, very dirty blankets, very thin pillows, small tap water, and toilet cleanliness. Please really pay attention and fix everything, paint the moldy walls, clean the AC, replace all the sheets, blankets, pillowcases and bed frames (there are some beds that are no longer suitable).

according to budget, nice, comfortable, clean, only at that time the wifi was broken, but it was still worth it, the facilities were complete

I won't stay here again, the room has lots of spider webs, dirty blankets, dirty bathroom, I didn't get any amenities, even though I often stay at RedDoorz, but this is the worst.

The room was dirty and smelly. The bathroom was never cleaned. The room smelled of cigarettes and was damp. It was really bad.

price 500,000 up on weekends but dirty & smelly rooms, dirty bathrooms. similar to a warehouse with a mattress. check in at 22.00 check out at 23.00 thank you. better to sleep in the car

Sorry to say, but it looks different from the picture appeared. The pillows and bed cover are dirty. The TV won't work. The ambiance is terrifying. The only good thing is it near Malioboro. Other than that, it's not gonna work out. I know it's cheap but it's not proper.

In my experience, Red Doorz Hotel Sartika still needs to improve a lot to improve the comfort of the hotel. Here are some things that I observed that need improvement; 1. Cleanliness; rooms and toilets Dirty sheets, don't use them anymore, don't put stained sheets, the mat must be changed every time a guest changes so it doesn't get wet and smelly. The bathroom must be scrubbed before guests come. Sorry, it's disgusting to sit on the toilet. Use Vixal to scrub it. Wipe the toilet glass. The toilet is the worst. Give it a room freshener, sweep and mop it. 2. AC performance, the AC must be fixed or washed so it's cold. This can't be felt. 3. Toiletry equipment; small toothpaste the size of eyelash glue, toothbrush, towel, soap. These are not there. Luckily I brought my own. 4. The toilet roof is leaking. On the second day of my stay I just realized that there was a hole in the bathroom. I was afraid that someone would peek at me while taking a shower because there happened to be a construction worker fixing something there. 5. Service When I checked in, there was no staff to help carry my suitcase and show me where my room was. Well, this can be fixed. The frontliner who was on duty on June 13, 2025 afternoon was rude. The ladies with their hair in buns and their faces are sorry. Maybe their attitudes can be improved. I see this hotel has potential because it has many visitors. Please don't disappoint us who have trusted us to book a hotel here. Hopefully it can be better in the future. Thanks.

It's stuffy, the AC isn't cold, the blanket has lots of stains on it.

The hotel area is dirty, the rooms are filthy, the spray was not changed, the smell of cigarettes everywhere even though we chose non-smoking, we booked 2 nights for 3 rooms, were forced to change hotels, only 30 minutes and we couldn't stand it.

Everything else is okay, just the room smells like it's dusty.
