Booked 3 days here, I had an extremely bad and disappointing experience. 4* hotel but the room was dirty. When I called the receptionist to clean the room, the hotel staff only changed the remaining bed sheets and did nothing more. Will not return.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là bạn nam hỗ trợ cho thuê xe máy rất nhiệt tình và niềm nở, lúc nào cũng vui vẻ với khách. Phòng rộng rãi, tuy nhiên rèm nhà tắm mốc ẩm nhưng nói chung vẫn rất ok ☺️

Good: The room with the great view, thanks for their upgrade. The room was clean and the location is wonderful to me. Not so good that they can improve: The attitude and the clarity of information when talking to the guests. 🙂 They don't even smile or show that they want to help and welcome the guests (Except the boy in the night shift and the girl who is the owner). The meal was not so good, but it is acceptable.

The hotel is stable, the staff is very nice. I arrived early and waited to check in, but I didn't expect there to be an empty room, so the staff let me check in early. Kekee, in addition, the swimming pool is also very chill, close to the center so it's close to everywhere. In general, we will stay here again next time we travel.
