It's fun, there are towels at the pool. There are water refills in the room, and there's plenty of tea, coffee, and other things.

The bedsheets were not fresh, the breakfast variety was lacking for a four-star class, most of the breakfast food was already gone by 8:00 and took a long time to be refilled, and some of the food was even too salty.

The facilities are really good. The staff are also very friendly.

It was really nice staying here.... The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the food had a lot of choices and was delicious, the swimming pool made me feel at home and the price was really worth it.... If I go to Cikarang I will definitely stay here again

This is my third time staying here. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. I was a bit confused when I wanted to have breakfast; it was moved to the lobby and I wasn't informed at check-in. The menu is a bit smaller, unlike before, but it was more extensive and complete.

I stayed just for vacation, arrived at 14.22 check in process waited again for about 15-20 minutes, the room should have been tidied up before 14.00, so I didn't have to wait long, for the room was spacious, clean, all the equipment was complete.. but in the middle of the night I saw a cockroach under the bed.. it seems like the underside of the bed wasn't cleaned.. it was a bit ticklish and somehow felt, for the standard breakfast for *4, I went down at 7 some of the food was already finished and it didn't seem to be refilled again, a 12 year old child was charged 75K. for drinks can be refilled from the dispenser outside the room.. hopefully the cleanliness and breakfast will be better. Thank you
