It's fun to swim at this hotel. There is a play area for children.

great place for business trip. stay one night during business trip the road leading up to the hotel is my only concern, but it is what it is right.

Security is very friendly both in the parking lot and in the lobby. Good job. Spacious parking lot. Easy check in. Deposit 100k. Standard stay experience okay for the Cikarang area. The good thing is the swimming pool is quite child friendly on the 3rd floor. Lots of seats. Toilet and shower are available. there is a small pool 60cm and 1.2 m. For breakfast 0-5 free 6-12 half price (37,500) quite cheap. Get a room on the 7th floor with a view of the warehouse and industrial area. Close to Aeon Delta Mas (only 10 minutes) and Lippo Mall Cikarang. (12-15 minutes).

The bed cover has a fairly large stain. Overall, it could be better.

This is our second staycation at Quest, highly recommend the friendliness of the staff. Especially the receptionist, they are the friendliest. The swimming pool is also a favorite among the kids. The breakfast is really good.

Always a choice of resting place when I accompany my husband to work in Cikrg, I have been satisfied with the quest since the time it was still a 3 star until now it has been upgraded to a 4 star, the service is really cool, all the staff are friendly. When there is a complaint, they always respond quickly. Really cool

Easy access to the hotel, friendly staff starting from the security guards, all are friendly and full of smiles, spacious rooms with cold AC, clean, next time I will definitely come here again.

the taste of breakfast is lacking, food is not immediately refilled. the dining table is a round table so it is combined with other guests (no privacy). need improvement for breakfast
