The location is near the city, the house is quite spacious, clean, just below there is no toilet, so it's a bit troublesome when you get together at the bottom you have to go upstairs just for the tub.

It's nice to have a big family gathering, because of the large basement, if it's a standard room, that's it. Suggestions downstairs given the bathroom so if you want to go to the toilet do not need to go up and down stairs.
