please think again yaaa.. the room is very small, not like the photo, the check in/out process is complicated, entering the apartment must be via an agent and must send a photo of your ID card & family card to the agent before you can continue checking in (if the deposit is still reasonable). when checking out, you can't rush (even if there is an emergency). we have to wait for the cleaning team to come, we can't leave the key with the building or security. The security said to just leave it in the room if you are in a hurry, but it turned out to be a problem because the deposit money could be lost (to replace the new access card and still have to wait for news of additional costs to take care of the new access card) because the security didn't want to leave it and didn't have an access card above either. so the agent had no choice but to take care of the new card. thank you traveloka, sorry this time I gave a bad rating review 🙃

Complicated security access, rooms have small and large cockroaches running around, TV is dead. Please pay attention to cleanliness, at least provide aerosol to kill cockroaches

-Quite complete, there is a stove, cooking utensils, washing machine too, good wifi, there is a swimming pool and playground, for children to have fun. The staff is also kind and friendly. The owner is also quite responsive although at first it was a bit slow. -When I arrived the television couldn't turn on, but because it was only last night and I wanted to rest immediately, so it was no problem. And the owner said he would fix it, maybe for the next tenant the TV can turn on. There are several points where there are small animals hiding, and maybe the walls that are starting to peel can be renovated. -Because this is an apartment, so take care of everything yourself. The key retrieval is like playing a treasure hunt, the security is a bit complicated, owner please respond quickly.. the room is small, there are lots of ants, you can't just put food anywhere. The best thing is the swimming pool is clean, spacious, there is a children's pool and an adult pool, there is another swimming pool on the side of the next building.

Very bad experience stay here. Stupid!

The person who rented out the room was very difficult to contact, once he answered I didn't understand what he was talking about and the information was very unclear. Even how to check in is not clear. I waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes for the party to provide check-in information. After that, I was given information about where the key was stored, namely in a small safe box, and then I was told the password. The password I got was wrong because the party renting the apartment gave the wrong password so I had to wait about 10 minutes for him to reply, then I got the correct password. The party renting the apartment seems unprofessional in matters such as rude (standard) language, not responding and responding slowly, unclear information and so on.

I had an unpleasant experience with the apartment owner, the deposit was not returned. My WA was not responded to. You are not trustworthy in doing business. The amount is not large but what is assessed here is the commitment of Mrs. Dina as the owner of the room bc 02-05 Apart Bintaro Icon.

The host is very helpful & friendly. The unit is so comfortable. It 's my 3 times stay in this unit and always feels like my own home.

Saat mau check in ribet karena ambil kunci sendiri, cari unitnya sendiri, bahkan sampai di kamar ternyata token listriknya habis & harus nunggu lama buat proses token listriknya jadi harus gelap-gelapan lumayan lama. Tempat tidur oke muat untuk 5 orang tapi kamarnya nggak terlalu luas. Kulkas, wastafel, kamar mandi, tv, wifi bisa dipakai aman. Tapi ada beberapa kecoak berkeliaran:(Parkiran gratis, satpam ramah, 50 50 deh kenyamanannya.

Semua oke. Minus cuman kamar belum dibersihkan saat check in. Padahal uda konfirmasi dari pagi.

Sebaiknya bawa peralatan mandi sendiri, air minum, dan lain-lain. Hanya disediakan handuk, wifi & TV dari awal masuk sampai CO tidak bisa di akses, sinyal telkomsel juga kurang baik di area situ terutama lantai 2 kamar 0205. Kalau cuma untuk singgah istrhat OK.

Aduh parah banget. Pas mau check in ga bisa dihubungin jadi telat check in. Admin/owner (?) Ga responsif sama sekali. Wifi nya mati. Lampu tengah mati. Ada kecoa. Berdebu.

Proses check in out mudah. Parkir gratis. Kamar bersih. Cuma selimutnya dan handuk agak kurang enak dipakai.

Plus ➕. 1. Semua fasilitas berfungsi dengan baik. 2. View lumayan bagus dari lantai 2. Minus ➖. 1. Admin/owner tidak professional. H-3 jam check in tiba tiba saya dikabarkan kalau unitnya sudah di booked oleh orang lain dari aplikasi lain. Padahal saya sudah konfirmasi dari 2 hari yang lalu. 2. Ditawarkan unit lain yang tidak sebanding dengan unit yang saya sewa, dan mengaku bahwa unit lain lebih mahal daripada unit yang saya sewa. 3. Jam 2an tiba tiba saya dikabarkan bahwa unit yang pertama kali saya sewa available. Dan tidak lama kemudian kebohongan admin terungkap. Dengan menawarkan kami unit yang ke 2 (unit yang ditawarkan sebelumnya) dengan harga yang jauh lebih murah dari pada unit yang kami sewa, padahal sebelumnya adminya bilang unit ke 2 lebih mahal. 4. Kami sampai di lobby jam set. 6 sore, tapi harus menunggu 40 menitan lagi untuk bisa masuk ke unit yang kami sewa. 5. Tidak ada receptionist. 6. Orang yang menjemput kami di lobby salah membawa tamu. Yang dibawa ke unit bukan kami, tapi orang lain. 7. Kamar bau amis.

The unit is clean, the accommodation facilities are complete, until plates, glasses, microwaves, magicom are also available. Excellent.

Staycation with friends, so that's the place. Fit for 4. The owner is also very good, even we are a bit fussy asking questions. - The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust, so it's stuffy in the bathroom but it's okay. Blame it died tomorrow and we are also confused but that's okay. - The pillow on the sofa was a bit torn and I was surprised that it turned out that there was foam coming out but that's okay. The swimming pool must ask security first because there must be access like that and it's limited. But it's okay. If you come here in the afternoon, there will be traffic jams, the location is easy to find. Even happier is not paying for parking. The view is pretty good for the 2nd floor. It's satisfied to stay here, it's really comfortable to use, lots of compliments too. Complete facilities, really worth a staycation here with family or friends. The owner is also very friendly and kind, thumbs up anyway.
