Somehow it 's not great, many things could improve like the interior, material of the stairs/coating, and a real dust free room. I admit I expected more from the most expensive room.

The room has mosquitoes, bitten all night, didn't sleep at all, had up to 2 frogs, good service, but wanted to improve the insects and animals in the room.

I went to Buriram during my birthday. The most impressive thing about this hotel is the restaurant. You can eat delicious food on your birthday with your family. The staff in the restaurant are lovely. The chef came out and asked himself how the food was. We replied that it was delicious. But deduct points at the staff at the check-in counter for a bit should be smiling and talking in receiving than this And there should be staff to help carry things from the parking lot. This is a customer carrying a lot of stuff and asking for a cart to help push their own stuff.

Pleasant stay, nice, clean and big room, comfy bed. Overall I enjoyed staying here.
