I travel to Chiang Mai every year and am always very impressed. I've been back three times already! If I'm staying in the city center, I'll only choose this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are large with a good separation of wet and dry zones. The room is well-designed with a sofa, storage space, and a large wardrobe. Everything is perfect. I love it! The only thing I haven't tried yet is breakfast, which I haven't booked in advance. I give it 100%!

The hotel doesn't offer meals. Overall, it was clean and I slept comfortably.

The reception staff, security guards, and housekeepers are friendly. There's an elevator, underground parking, bicycles available for borrowing, and it's close to a community area, Lotus supermarket, and an SCB ATM.

Overall is ok. Btw, the hotel is strict about check-in/out time. They do not allow you to get a room, even if a room is available, until the check-in time. I arrived at noon and asked for early check-in, but they said I have to pay for it without compromise.

The reception staff were very good, and the room was nice and clean, but I deducted points because the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

I truly enjoyed my stay in Ana Park. Will visit it again if we go to Chiang Mai again!

The room is big, clean, fragrant, has a swimming pool and is not far from the city center, just 15 minutes away. The price is not expensive and it is very good.

Clean accommodation, large rooms, inexpensive prices, well-proportioned rooms. The receptionist is friendly, smiling and ready to serve.

The staff was very helpful. There was no food, but across the street was a great bakery. Location was inconvenient, unless taking a taxi.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The interior decoration is very nice and balanced. In the bedroom it is really a good and wonderful design. Close to many places. Next opportunity will definitely go to stay again.
