Stayed in the high rise section and it was very clean and quiet.

Room is dated but fine. It seemed clean but, of course, when it is this dated it can never feel that clean. It did its job. Casino was nice and staff were fine. The gym also was not that great as the one cable machine was really weird and did not function very well. Luckily they have a couple benches and dumbbells which do the job. They also had treadmills and stationary bikes which were good. Overall, was not impressed and the rooms definitely need renovating but it did the job for a few nights.

Clean room with tasteful decor & well made furniture. I appreciated the thickness of the duvet and quality of the pillows. The local photographs in frames were a nice touch. Only one elevator was working, making for a very long wait to head up to our room. Wasn’t impressed with the food at the lobby bar, the burger was burnt, fries were cold, “baked lasagna” was more like microwaved lasagna and had a sour taste. But overall the hotel was a nice place to stay, would stay here again.

The hotel was crazy busy but the wonderful staff put me in a room that was in a quieter area! The pool area is always great My favourite part of this hotel is definitely the pool area and the amazing staff

I had asked Expedia to Cancel our reservation, as I had paid for cancellation insurance, they kept saying they could not get a hold of your property, I called your Office at the casino and they advised me that Expedia never contacted them and they were the only one that could cancel it. I will never deal with EXPEDIA AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT AS WELL AS I PAID OVER 170 DOLLARS AND AM OUT OF IT.

This was a horrible stay! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of the worst. We had no choice of room because we booked through Expedia. We were in a very old section. I hear the other section is nice but we stepped back into 1960’s. The room stunk. It was very old. Stains on carpets. Tile floor needs redone. The staff was very nice. If we could have canceled we would have but we booked through Expedia so we had no option but to stay or lose our money.

Ive stayed here one other time and had an exceptional stay. This time however was not that. The check in process was seemless but staff members acted childish and not how I expected in front of a client. On the way to my room the hall floors were very dirty. In my room the room itself was clean but the heat did not work, as well as the windows

Overall very positive experience. Great staff and clean rooms. My own room was starting to show some wear and tear. Nonetheless, I would choose to stay at this hotel again for it’s amenities and positive experience.

We stayed for one night for a volleyball tournament. Beds were great. Staff accommodated my room request. Lobby/garden bar was great for a late night snack. Casino was great
