Very cool

The location is good. The price is good. But I wanted a coffee service in my room.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the room was well equipped! Who could ask for anything more?

The reception area looks very nice but when we got to the room 316, different story. The room is a disaster, starting with no ventilation whatsoever in the bathroom, moldy caulking around the tub and a horrible stench that comes out in the bathroom if you keep the door closed. We didn’t try to use the air-conditioner as the vents looked filthy and dusty and we didn’t want to inhale that filth. I don’t understand how this building (or at least the room 316) has obtained occupancy permit. This is definitely unsafe to occupy. Other issues observed were: no towel bar in the bathroom, black markings on the room walls, the mattress wasn’t even but deepening into the middle. No doubt, this room was my absolute worse experience since I booked mostly through Expedia for more than 15 years now. The remedy I am requesting is a full refund of the amount I have paid for this disgrace.

Very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds & linens. Rooftop views were excellent and the breakfast is totally worth it.

Great location, rooms spacious, roof top bar and restaurant had terrific views. breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels on the island.

Our room was very comfortable. The location is ideal only a few short steps from Quattro Canti with a lovely view from our window. It can be quite loud at times, especially with the window open. The air conditioning has some limitations, but these are nationwide restrictions.

Great location…staff is very accommodating However, if you book a suite, they are all located outside. The only way to get into your suite is to go out on a fire escape. Very challenging to navigate with luggage.

Prrfect spot and very nice hotel

Our room was quite big. No view from the Windows. The biggest advantage of this property is location and Tatrach.

Centrally-located property near key sights Palermo. The street it’s on is pedestrian, and parking in the area is challenging. Rooms are clean and functional.

The hotel is in the perfect location, central to explore everything. The room was nice & big but you can hear every door slam when people come & go so was hard to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise it has everything you could need.
