Bad service, disappointing.

When I arrived, suddenly I was asked to pay an extra charge of Rp. 113.000,- for two rooms without any notice. Toiletries are also not complete at all. Very disappointing!

Lokasi strategis, harga on budget. Air kamar mandi agak bau dan agak banyak nyamuk, tidak tersedia toiletries jadi perlu membeli, TV tidak berfungsi karena belum ada setbox digital. Tidak direkomendasikan untuk yang bermasalah dengan kebisingan sebab letak kamar sangat dekat dengan rel kereta api, di jam-jam padat kereta api malam melintas bisa sangat bising dan mengganggu tidur. Hotel ini baik untuk yang hanya butuh transit serta tidak membutuhkan suasana hening dan tenang. Terintegrasi dengan wisata syariah juga jadi poin plus.
