I ordered and paid for an executive twin room. When I checked in, I was given a superior twin room. The price difference is different. The bed size is also different. Please don't play naughty games like that again next time. Business needs to seek blessings. For the location, the Duta Hotel is very strategic. Even though I ordered a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere. In the morning, the smell of cigarette smoke entered the room, Saturday night was also very pungent, I was uncomfortable because it made me short of breath. Even after spraying with perfume, it was the same. The bathroom from the water hole in the sink smelled very strongly of cockroaches. Breakfast was still okay. The staff were also friendly.
