I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. It was very pleasant. The room service was incredibly fast and the slippers were changed frequently. At first, I thought they were taken and not replaced, but when the cleaning service came, they were replaced every day. The cleaning staff were very good... Good job.

I used to stay at this hotel most often, but I feel like the more I stay here, the more the service and guest comfort are neglected. I checked in at 11 p.m. and arrived at the lobby reception. The staff seemed uninterested in serving anyone. I came with my legal husband and was given a room with two beds. The excuse was that the room was full, even though it was clearly empty. I was actually staying here because I wanted to surprise a friend whose birthday was in the next room. When I entered, I was shocked to find betel nut spit next to the bed that hadn't been cleaned. It was filthy. I woke up in the morning to find the soap and shampoo empty and hadn't been cleaned. It was truly disappointing. I booked a room several hours later and then checked in. The room hadn't been cleaned or cleaned since morning. The room wasn't soundproof. People outside were clearly audible, opening and closing the door, talking, and walking around. We could hear each other inside.
