I stayed here for two nights. Overall, everything was good, except for the extremely strong smell in the lobby. I don't understand if you realize that most guests are bothered by the "room spray" you use in the lobby. It's a 4-star hotel, but there's no staff at the entrance to help guests carry their luggage up to the lobby because there's a long flight of stairs from the sidewalk to the lobby, almost a whole flight of stairs. The staff didn't seem to know how to help guests with their luggage. This might be because you're too busy... but I don't think this policy and way of working is up to 4-star standards.

I rented three rooms on the 11th, 16th, and 17th floors, all with sea views and large bathtubs. The breakfast buffet was delicious, perfectly seasoned; I especially loved the Hue-style beef noodle soup. The housekeeping staff kept everything clean. The Nha Trang sea is crystal clear, you can see the bottom, and it's incredibly salty. Every view is beautiful, fresh, and pristine. The hotel is located in the bustling Western Quarter, near Mio restaurant which makes amazing wood-fired pizzas. From the hotel, it's about 3km to places like Dam Market, the Oceanographic Institute, and the Thap Ba Tower. The Tram Huong Tower is within walking distance. The reception staff were gentle and lovely. Everything was perfect and enjoyable!

The hotel has no parking, and parking is too far away. There's standing water on the bathroom floor. Terrible.

The room was nice, and the location was great. It's worth staying there, the only downside is that it's a bit difficult for friends to visit. Making things too difficult isn't good for a tourism business. I'll reconsider for my next trip.

The hotel is quite close to the beach, surrounded by bustling shops, and within walking distance of the beach, night market, and town square. The staff were polite. The rooms were rather stuffy, with no windows or balconies opening to the outside, only to the atrium. Soundproofing was poor, allowing you to clearly hear conversations and footsteps from the upper floors. Breakfast wasn't great, but everything else was decent for the price.

The room smells like sewer, there is no hot water, I called the receptionist and they said to come right away but I waited forever and still had no hot water, the room cleaning did not meet 4 star standards.

I really advise everyone not to stay here. The room is old and smelly, sometimes the toilet has no water. After using the toilet, you have to wait for the water to be pumped back up before flushing. The buffet is better than nothing. Only a few dishes are refilled very slowly, the food is cold. Some staff are ok, some have bad attitudes. Overall, I had a very bad experience and feel sorry for my recent trip to Nha Trang.

Clean room, full amenities, near the center, easy to move. Buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes. Recommend everyone to experience it.
