The hotel is very central, clean, my room had a faulty air conditioner so the hotel arranged another room as soon as we reported it. Highly recommend everyone.

I had a wonderful summer vacation with my family in Nha Trang and chose Erica Hotel as my place to stay. Some of my experiences with the hotel are as follows: Plus points: - Space/facilities: Large space, good facilities, all rooms have windows so the rooms are airy, natural light, if you like the sea breeze and tropical air, stay on a high floor and open the windows in the morning or evening. The swimming pool and gym, sauna are very clean. - Food: Delicious food, buffet with a lot of food served from 6:30 - 10:30 from European to Asian dishes. You should really experience the food here, because it is very delicious. Besides, you can also order lunch at the restaurant with local dishes at affordable prices. - Support staff: 5 stars for the service and support attitude of the hotel staff. - Highlights: I will choose this hotel as a place to stay if I come to Nha Trang again. Price: Worth the money, water is sold at 15k/1.5 liter bottle - really cheap compared to the surrounding convenience stores. Location: Convenient, 5 minutes walk from the beach, and only 10 - 15 minutes walk from Tram Huong Tower. There are full of convenient services around such as: Massage, supermarket, restaurant,... => Advice: If you have small children, or elderly people who have trouble sleeping, you should choose a low floor, because if you stay on a high floor, you will hear noise from the swimming pool upstairs.

Great service, nice room, reasonable price

The reception staff are enthusiastic and friendly. I got an early check-in, they were also cheerful and enthusiastic, the room was nice, the balcony was spacious and airy, and I could see a little bit of the sea. The central area, a short walk to the sea but it was easy to get blocked on holidays, so I had to go very far in a detour The breakfast buffet had few dishes and was not delicious. The day I went, there was a group of guests sitting in the full breakfast buffet area, so we had to climb the stairs to another floor. The food on this floor was prepared but not enough dishes, so we had to go down to get it and then go back up to eat, which was very inconvenient. I pressed the clean room button and saw that the blankets and pillows were neatly arranged, but the floor was still full of sand. The bathroom door was stuck, so it was very difficult to turn the lock and unlock it. There was no bellman and the motorbike garage was very difficult to get to, especially when the staff put out laundry items blocking the way.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel has a reception hall that I really like. The rooms are clean and fully equipped as shown in the pictures. My room view looks towards VinWonders and only has a tiny view of the sea. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach, the hotel is on a one-way street so everyone should be careful. At night, if you are a light sleeper, you can still hear the loud music from the club on the beach, the surrounding hotels are all noisy so you can't avoid it. On the last morning, we had to leave early so we asked the kitchen to prepare 2 breakfasts to bring along, which was quite convenient. Everything was okay, except for the breakfast buffet which was not very satisfying and would be more suitable for foreign guests (there were a lot of Russian guests when I went).

The toilet smells a bit. Everything else is fine.

The water bottle for guests is too small, so provide a 500ml bottle, 2 bottles of water/day. The hotel only provides 1 300ml water bottle.

Friendly and polite staff. Will come back and recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Đồ ăn sáng ít, cháo thì nhìn như nước vo gạo, khuấy dưới đáy nồi lên mới thấy lác đác vài hạt gạo, sữa thì toàn đổ nước lọc vào, xin nhân viên cho 1 cốc sữa nguyên chất thì mới cho sữa thật. Dịch vụ dọn phòng kém, không bổ sung dụng cụ vệ sinh cá nhân như bông ngoáy tai,…máy sấy tóc thì sắp hỏng mà không thay, kêu to như máy cày mà sấy không có hơi nóng phải xin lễ tân cấp máy mới. Thuê xe máy dưới lễ tân thì mỗi lễ tân trả lời 1 nẻo, mình hỏi thuê thì 1 bạn lễ tân bảo khách sạn không có dịch vụ cho thuê xe, nhưng bạn mình hỏi 1 bạn lễ tân khác thì báo có xe máy cho thuê.

Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ nội thất. Nhân viên chu đáo tận tình hỗ trợ hành lí cho khách. Buffet sáng nhiều món ăn và nhân viên rất dễ thương, chủ động hỗ trợ khách. Với tầm giá này và những gì mình được nhận trong khi lưu trú ở đây là hoàn toàn xứng đáng 100d / 10 luôn nha

Bữa ăn sáng khá sơ sài. Điều hòa hoạt động khá tệ. 27.5 thì lạnh 28 thì nóng. khách sạn vắng. nhân viên thì bình thường không tươi cười

The hotel is clean, near the beach, the food is good compared to the price, the minus points are rare staff smiles (the feeling of contact with a robot) and having to carry your own luggage up the stairs.

Check-in time at 2pm but 2:20pn still checking around and doesn't have enough room. Reception didn't understand English. Bad service. Doesn't deserve for their point. We are super disappointed. Never comeback.
