Located just in the heart of Ginza, 11 minutes walking to Ginza Train station, many Halal food options nearby. Check-in and check-out process super fast, and the staff also very friendly. Breakfast food is good and the staff informed us which food is halal and which are not. This hotel doesn't provide an extra bed.

Suggestion, it's better to stay here for the last few days with the aim of doing some shopping because it's close to Ginza so it's convenient, no need to take the train, just walk 🤝

I love this hotel. Clean and location is good, but this hotel is not a family hotel. My kids, just 8 and 9 years old, had to take one more room. The hotel is very strict. Two adults and two kids (8 & 9) must take 2 rooms.

Next time I will go again. The room was a bit small.

The location is very strategic, very close to the main road in Ginza, easy to find restaurants and many modern minimarkets.

The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The massage chair in the room is a nice bonus and quite helpful 😄 There’s no bathtub, but the bathroom space is still okay.

Been coming back to this hotel since 2022. Great location, walking distance to our favorite restaurants, shops, and cafes! Also minutes away from train stations (Ginza, Yurakucho & Shimbashi station or maybe more) which is very convenient.

The location is really strategic and easy to access. However, the room feels quite small and it’s a bit challenging to store our suitcases. That said, the hotel amenities are complete and helpful.

Good location, decent size for Tokyo hotel

The location was strategic, located near 24-hour Donki, Family Mart, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and a few other convenience stores. The hotel is also a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station and is accessible to many strategic locations. The highlight of the hotel is certainly the massage chair; for tourists that completed at least 10,000 steps a day in Japan, this chair is very helpful to give you your strength back the next day. Definitely recommend this hotel.

First hotel during our Japan trip. Located in the Ginza area, the hotel is quite near to Don Quijote and the train station. The room is quite spacious to open our 28” luggage and 2 cabin luggage. Remm provides a massage chair (which is very useful for our sore feet and back after a long walk). Also, we can take free amenities and tea/coffee by ourselves (Remm even provides an eyemask, skincare, facial mask). On our last stay before moving to Kyoto, we even used the airporter provided by the hotel to transfer our luggage to another Remm branch on our next stay in Tokyo. Super worth it!

Very good 4-star hotel in Tokyo, especially the location and price, but if they have room cleaning service, it would be more appreciated.

The hotel location is very strategic, the rooms are spacious, cleanliness is very well maintained, there is a massage chair in the room and complete amenities are provided.

1 room cannot be shared by three people, so the five of us, 2 children under 17 years old, 3 adults, had to book 3 rooms.

Room not that spacious. Having massage chair inside makes it even less spacious. I can't even open my luggage. Slippery bathroom floors. Better do something. I almost slipped several times.

Best Hotel, best location in Ginza, near Shimbashi Station only walking 5 minutes from hotel, nice room with massage chair, cozy bathroom with comfort shower. I really recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Upscale one. The hotel gives many amenities and a free gift each day you stay. Staff speak fluent English. There are no coin laundry here, the laundry service they provided is quite expensive. The place is located strategically above Family Mart, nearby Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and across Don Quijote. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.
